Self-sabotage is a big thing! The problem is, how do you get yourself out of your own way. It’s easier to ruthlessly deal with someone else but when it’s you 🤦🏾♀️
It’s a hopeless state when you are fully aware that you are the one actively or passively inhibiting your own progress, you are the one holding yourself back but you feel helpless.
